how do i fix my sears riding lawn mower?

the mower starts good but will not run when u take it off choke no matter how long u warm it up.

When ever you have the choke on it is making the engine take fuel without any air .......so sounds like your mower is starving for fuel .......float needle stuck
or proably trash in sytem from letting it sit up with out adding a fuel stabelizer
