please can you tell me how to change the pin number for the alarm for an scantronic 9827 alram

Scantronic Scantronic 9827 Security Systems, Home Alarm Systems Number Alarm Scantronic

1st, it's not a Scantronic 9827, that's the KeyPad model number.
The control panel that it is connected to is a Scantronic 9800

Have a look here and download the manual, the bit you need is on page 14
