my hotpoint wd62 washer dryer is holding water?

thanks for that.. do you think i need to get a hotpoint engineer out to fix it or just a regular plumber.

possible drain filter is blocked,(this is hidden in the sump hose large hose attached to the bottom of outer drum).
or a drain pump failure,
clean out the drain filter,strip down and inspect the pump, check its operation as a replacement maybe required.
