Panasonic DMR E85H DVD recorder has stopped showing TV Channels?

The recorder has just stopped showing the TV channels, and when I try to Auto-Setup to tune the channels says 'No stations found - check aerial'. I have checked the Aerial and all connections. There is a outdoor antenna cable connected directly into the the back of the DVD recorder. I know its not the aerial cable because it I connect this directly into the back of the TV it works fine. Also, its stops showing the SAT Reciever channel which is directly connect via 21 Scart cable from AV1 port off the DVD recorder, yet when I select AV1 channel, then select FUNCTIONS, you can still hear the sound but no picture of the SAT Rec.
