How can fix my tv GE model # 25GT506, chassis # CTC177AA?

I can not find the menu on the back of my tv
i am trying to set the cable stations

Go into your Eprom settings .They are found on the back cover of your TV. pUsh menu channel+ and on/off button at the same time after your tv turns on. go to Vol+ up to 76 then ch + to go to settings on the left side.Set No 1 to almost get the horz. lines to appear to have a picture then push menu to see if you have a good picture. To exit push on/off button.If this does not work you need to change your Eprom. OK....
