Mend Accenta Mercury Light Flashing Battery

Strobe Light on Accenta Mercury?

The Strobe light on my Accenta Mercury Alarm started flashing last night and wont stop. I thought it was the battery but having fitted a new one makes no difference. The only lights on the key pad are the tamper and power, the keys do not seem to be working at all. Any help would be very much appreciated

Hello Joe,

Thanks for the kind offer. I managed to sort it out, I left off the cover to the main box thinking it didn't make any difference but as soon as I replaced it and hit the reset button everything worked O K. Again many thanks for the offer.
