the washing machine motor is working but the drum is not spinning and on the digital dial it is coming up with a fault and the number is e20 can anyone help with this matter
E20 is a draining issue.remove the filter and shine a torch into the filter housing and check that there isn't anything jammed in the drain pump impellor.remove the back panel and check if the belt is still on the pulley and motor shaft
