How can I fix my leaking copper pipe under the kitchen sink?

for a small leak try some self amalgamating tape from b&q or wickes
slightly bigger try denzo tape
its sticky but its good
major leak get a pushfit type connector like the one which is leaking, turn the water off and drain the taps(just turn the one connected on) remove the leaky fittting and replace with the pushfit type
if the pipe is broken then get a coupling and a tube cutter drain the pipe and cut the pipe and put in the coupling between the bits and push together
job done!!!!!!
