Mend Saniflo Sanivite Water Going Sink

niosy,smelly and keeps flooding my kitchen?

I've had my sanivite for nearlly 5 years,it only has water going into it from my kitchen sink and is 3 foot below ground level.In the past 6 months it has been playing up first it started smelling and the the pump will start going even though it's not been used for a few hours then it started to leak now it leak's nearly every day the water pumps out fron the top pipe.Do i have to purchase a new one?

Seems to me that you will need to fit a new NON RETURN VALVE to the machine that will stop the machine coming on at regular intervals...
Now Smells,,, Cant put a finer point on this I had my hands in over 1000 Saniflo machines a year at one time.. So please clean the machine by using bleach washed through the machine as you use it smelly machines are due to a buildup of materials inside the pipework & case walls good cleaning will prevent that happening Dont forget to put bleach down the sink overflo as well ,,
Failing that Book a service with a proper Saniflo service agent not a local plumber use the propper guys you can find there numbers from the Saniflo website..
