problem with Electrolux dishwasher model ESL624?

there is a small open ended pipe at the base of the machine, part way through the cycle ,water is running out of the pipe, and has flooded the floor, we have cleaned the filter in the inside of the machine ,which was blocked, but the water still comes out during the machine cycle.....any ideas please ??
