Scott...I've had our washer apart SO many times, it's not funny. You'll have to lay it on it's side. [Watch your back!] Make sure the water has spun out, electric disconnected, and hoses, removed. (You will get water leakage when you turn the unit over) there is no way around this. Remove the back panel, use a flashlight to check all hoses and connections first. Check the basket for wear, cracks or a bad gasket. You should be able to visually see the problem to repair, just be patient!
