HOW TO ADJUST THE HIGH AND LOW ON CARBURETOR OF POULAN 2150 PR LE PREDATOR ?

Is this a new saw or carb never been adjusted before? Most are shipped with a tamper-proof plastic cover over the two carb adjusting screws. To get at this you'll have to do a little stripping around the carb area, may even have to loosen / remove the carb to give you enough room to get the thing off. Once off the screws can be adjusted with an appropriate driver / key.
