Where can I locate a service manual for a Tecumesh 3.5hp Motor Model RV600 ?

It used to start first pull. After waterblasting it to clean. it won't start at all. Seems to have spark

Drain the float bowl and check for water in the fuel tank. A couple of drops will act as an effective blockage.
