Mend Heatline Boiler Losing Pressure

Heatline solaris Boiler, Losing pressure?

My Heatline boiler is constantly losing pressure in the central heating part, I cant find any leaks and cant understand where the water is going?? the pressure sometimes wont go back up when connected to the mains water either, even though the taps have plenty of pressure.
This loss of pressure results in the fault f0 coming on and the boiler not heating the tap water if the raditators are on.
Has anyone had the same fault or have any idea what it could be.?

I've had similar problems with pressure loss. New expansion vessel improved the problem(fitted under guarantee) but after a few weeks I had pressure loss again which is only cured by topping up regularly. Re-charging the expansion vessel does improve the problem (at a cost) but only for a few months then it gradually starts to lose pressure and your back to square one. I expect a new boiler is the answer.

If you have a Heat line pressurized system like mine and your pressure is too low have a look in your airing cupboard or by the water tank there should be 1-2 canisters one of them will have a pressure gauge and probably 2 inline valves if its anything like mine.

If it does make sure they are both in line this will pressurize your system but do not leave them open i did this and now my system is running at 4 bar and nothing works and i can't work out how to release the extra pressure.

Sounds like I'm having the exact same problem. Had a back boiler replaced just over a year ago with a HeatLine and have had nothing but headaches really. The problems you're talking about started after a few weeks, and eventually the guyy who installed it came back out and fixed it....
And then came back out and fixed it.....
And then came back out and fixed it.....

But eventually it stayed working OK. Until about two days ago when I just thought I'd check the pressure on it as the overflow pipe was dripping constantly. The reading was just on 3, which I know from all the visits is not a good thing and it will cut itself out.

Released some pressure by letting some water out of a rad and dropped the reading to just on 1.

However, now we have the old problem back!!!

Hope you have better luck with yours - we're gonna try and get our plumber out again. (Got to add that our plumber is a decent bloke and has made no quarms or asked 4 additional expenses about having to keep revisiting this).
