Samsung Q1344S Motor Judder - How to test motor or board?

Hi, I've got a Samsung Q1344S & the motor is juddering. It won't turn even when the belt is off, only judders. Had error mesage 8E, & I saw another answer to the same problem, but how can I test if it's the motor or the board, as you mentioned?
'8E is over current error. If motor just judders its probably the module at fault. But check motor out as well.had 2 of these with that fault both were faulty boards if need one we can get them as we samsung agents we dont hold them in stock. email or call 07786610965'
