Indesit wie1575 fault code 02?

hi,

Our electric has just tripped out at home, I reset the trip switch and I have noticed it looks as if our washing machine tripped it out.

When you load it it tries to turn the drum but just 'clicks' away.

I have noticed that the fault code for this machine means motor jammed or tacho detatched.

The motor is'nt jammed as i can turn the drum and the belt too. (By Hand)

I've also looked at the "Tacho" to see if its loose & it's tight.
Could the "Tacho" be a faulty?

Please help!!!
