Mend Parker PLT 2543Y Replace Change Machine

How can I replace the line on PLT 2543Y?

I have inherited a PLT 2543Y Strimmer but I have no Idea how to change the line. The machine seems to work fine but I can't get the spool holder off to change the line. When the auto feed is depresed the line wont feed either. Can anyone help?
