Mend Toyota Camry Starting S Wrong

I have a 1992 Camry...intermittent starting problem what's wrong?

If you have had the ends replaced on the battery wires, had the oil changed, and replaced a starter...what would still be the problem if sometime when you try to start the car you get all the bells, whistles, and instrument lights, but only one click?
