Mend Peugeot 205 Wrong Today Car

What's wrong with my non starting Peugeot 205?

Today I filled my car up with petrol. 5 minutes later when I was sitting at the lights the engine cut out on me and wouldn't restart. It turns over but isn't revving. What's wrong with it?
