Splicing a guitar cable/Making a Y-cable?

Hi,
I am looking to make a cable that I can plug my one guitar into two amps. So it would have 3 male ends. Is it possible/easy to take two cables and make it on my own? If so, how would I go about doing so?
Thanks in advance for your help!

The male of the Y cable plugs into your Guitar

The Two females of the Y cable just have regular male to male leads each running to an amp - any arrangement like this will tend to decrease the available signal - i.e. the weak signal from your guitar will be split between the two amps and distortion may increase accordingly.

Also; if there's a wiring fault in either of the amps, by connecting the Amps together through the Y cable it may cause other problems and could jeopardise safety especially if there's a bad earth in the set up.

Take care...

Thanks for the response; however, the YPP 111 is one male with two female ends meant for plugging two guitars into one amp. Whereas I was looking to plug one guitar into two amps.
Also, the link doesn't bring up anything for me.

Don't even think about it - it will look awful, not be robust and frustrate you into a fit of despair.

Buy one of these...
