Fault code 37 is pump blocked error. If bowl does not empty then it will not spin. Bail out as much water as possible by hand with a small jug. Also remove clothes from bowl. Once it is nearly empty tip machine back against wall & look underneath at front right corner of bowl. Locate the pump & try turning the small plastic propellor backward & forwards to dislodge the obstruction. If it comes free to turn, stand machine back on ground & advance to final spin & press start. Hopefully pump will now run & empty bowl. If not then pump will actually have to be removed & any rubbish cleared out by hand.
