Mend Reset House Alarm

HOW CAN i RESET MY HOUSE ALARM?

My compact house alarm is beeping as i pass sensors. how can I reset it, i'm afraid I panicked and pressed buttons and now the tamper light goes on when I put in code and reset - I am only able to crawl around my house at the moment .
