Dont know alarm code?

I need help I don't know alarm code

I have this same alarm system.

Power down the alarm.

Take the front panel off. Short the 'NVM' pins (R/H side I think).

Power the alarm back on. Remove the short and put the front panel back on.

The alarm has now been reset to factory settings.
