Mend Trianco TRP 15/19 Boiler Relay Heating

trianco trp 15/19 will not fire up?

relay trip light is on i then press reset it sound like the pump/fan is working i see some sparks then it shut off without igniting i have a steel storage tank which started leaking after i had 2 lots of 500 litfre delivered there was approx 200 litre in there already normal only have 500litre in tank i have ordered a new tank but have cleaned filter ran approx 5litre thru pipes till clean tried bleeding pump & small bore pipe to nozzles with & witthout reset button pressed but it does not come out under pressure any ideas
