Mend Chaffoteaux Britony Combi 80 G20 Ch Boiler

chaffoteaux britony combi 80 g20 20mbar - h/w ok, c/h always on?

My boiler has recently started the central heating when switched to 1 (h/w only) or 2 (c/h and h/w) even when not turned on via the programme box. The only way to stop the central heating coming on is to turn off the boiler at mains or turn to position 0 (off). Could this be a relay fault? Any idea what is going on?? Thanks
