trianco redfyre oil boiler has gone into lockout?

when attempting to restart,there is a humming noise coming from the motor area,do you think it could be that the pump or fan has jammed.

could be capicator oil pump or motor. to test motor remove oil pump from end of motor and start motor if motor starts it is your oil pump that is jamming your motor.replace.

Not likely to have jammed - more likely the start capacitor has failed. Thats the part which tells the motor which way to turn.
