Mend Citroen ZX Reset Going

zx alarm will not reset?

Checking fuses on my citroen zx tried to restart car will not respond only alarm going off,disconnected battery and re fitted but alarm goes off as soon as i open door.the car is keycoded but i cannot put code in as alarm keeps activating
