how to reset ecu on a 2003 c5 2.0hdi?

i have a citroen c5 2.0hdi and am having problems getting it going i have changed the rear fuel pump but all of a sudden cannot close drivers window i have been told it is probably something computer oriented and would like to know if it is worth trying to reset the ecu and how?

hi i do it by disconecting both battery connections for about half an hour then re-connecting them, but u need to re-program your remote key and radio.your car manual should have this info.hope this works.
