Mend Diplomat 620 Oven Power Clock Flashing

diplomat 620 electric oven no power?

The clock kept flashing and needed reseting several times.On turning it off and on quickly there is now no oven power hence no clock display.The power supply to oven is ok.Is there a fuse within the oven that could possibly have blown.
Be gratefull for any help.
