Mend Carl Lewis CL-8500 Start Button Click

carl lewis treadmill fail to start?

When I press the start button a click occurs in the electomagnetic filter but no rotation takes place. Shorly before the breakdown there was an metallic odour. Has the filter failed ? or could it be a pcb problem
