How to fix Rheem-07EAMGR home heating?

What is the reason that furnace not running even thermostate temp set up higher than actual? If pullout the terminals wire of inducer combustion motor and connect to multimeter for while and then connect back to the motor then this furnace runs for one or two days only. I could not understand this problem.
