My boiler keeps overheating and turning off. (Ariston Eurocombi)?

hi our model is puma 100 but we had the same problem on and off for a few years. We were told that it needed descaling and washing through! We had switches changed and valves changed but it still happened more so if our heating and water was on at the same time- we had to keep lighting the boiler! last week we had a new pump and it has never been so good! Fingers crossed it is gr8! By the way we are insured otherwise goodness knows how much our call outs and parts would 've cost us!
