I have a alpha 240e combi boiler about eight years old?

I have noticed recently that radiator is getting hot when running hot water with boiler set on water only.also the water temp is not constant. When set to heating and water there is a big gurgle in bathroom radiator as soon as shower is turned off. I guess it could be the diverter valve but any ideas if it could be caused by anything else ?
