Mend Toyota ACR50 Lock Hot Cold

Front diff on my Toyota Estima 4WD?

My toyota estima front diff goes stiff on full lock when it gets hot. It's OK when it's cold. I have changed the oil and this has had no improvement. Would a diff additive help.
