Mend Beko Conditioner Washing

how do i stop the conditioner light from flashing?

the conditioner light on my beko washing machine is flashing all the time and the machine wont start !

does anyone know a solution to this problem

i have called the manufacturer who wont give me any help at all because i live in denmark !
