Mend Fujitsu Scaleo P Computer Screen Boot

Scaleo P Fujitsu?

My Scaleo p computer got a screen dump windows eror and all I now get is insert boot disk when I switch it on. Is this a common fault with the PC and does anyone know how I can fix it without the driver & utilities recovery disk as I have lost them during a move.
