how can i fix my emachine t5212?

when power button is pressed, siren like sound is coming from what seems to be the processor area. fans both start but no boot screen and computer shuts down. pc ran just fine yesterday. tried unplugging all peripherals and draining power per emachine support but no luck. any clues?

hi check power supply! have you moved the pc and something has come loose inside! you may find its just a glitch and it will come back on, but it sounds like a power supply prob to me!
