hi,

i bought my webcam a few months ago, & i have lost all the paperwork,install disk ect..

and in the catologe where i bought it , it dosen't tell you the name of the webcam.

i dont want my mum to buy another one, because everyone tells me that you can install it on the internet, by i dont no its name !

plug your cam in to the usb, and when found new hardware wizard comes up select have disk option windows will then try to find disk but because its not there it should say connect and search for it on the internet.
