my dryer is not drying clothes?

my whirlpool awz650 is not drying our clothes ive been waiting for my dad to look at it for months

You cant always blame the ToC on the heater although it is usually the problem in this case around 80% of the time.., but it can also be an exhaust stat or even a timer contact fault... I notice the timer has been superseeded so maybe they recognise a problm...
