peoguet 306 wont start?

Hi
I have a 306 xsi and i cant get the thing to start. The alarm and key fob hasnt worked for years. Up until today when i open the car all doors would open but today only the door i unlock with the key will open. Then when i try and start the car it is just turning over. Also something i have just noticed is that the clock display isnt lighting up and neither is the mileage display.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated
