Mend Hotpoint WM72 Start Water Pressure Switch

hotpoint wm72 i start it and it just fills with water?

whats wrong with my washer it run's ok but just fills with water is it the pressure switch i've taken the plastic tube off and it seem's clear have blown down the tube so it is clear any idea's
