Mend Electrolux f35080 V1 Error Fault System

aeg flood detection error?

I have a Electrolux aeg Favorit f35080 V1 with a fault on the flood detection system. The 3 beep warning sound stop the programme continuing. The unit empties ok and the lowest point i can feel at the bottom is dry. So does this mean the there is a fault with the sensor?

THere is no answer from the slough service centre, so hence i throw the question out to you guys.

there is going to be water in the base where the switch is or the float switch is faulty.you need to tip these up to drain the antiflood chamber in the base really as they only need 5mm of water in to set 3 bleep error code.
