Mend Vokera 24-96 Flowmatic Combi Boiler Heating Fault

vokera 24-96 flowmatic?

My combi boiler occasionally won't fire up for heating but always works ok for hot water. When the fault occurs, I can normally get things going by pushing the hinged control panel back but I can't figure out why. Is there a safety/micro switch somewhere in there and if so, is it something I can adjust or easily replace.
