how do i thread a singer industrial model number 196k205?

Hello Joan,
From the spool pin, thread to the left through the guides, takeup lever at the top, presser foot up, round the guide above the takeup lever, down the right hand side and round the tension back up the left side to the takeup lever, through the takeup lever right to left, follow the guides all the way down to the needle and thread the needle left to right.
