Problem with compaq m2000?

Hi,

I really hope someone can help. My laptop is about 3 and a half years old. I was on it yesterday and all was fine then in a blink of an eye it totally shut down.

Now it won't charge, switch on or anything, it is completly dead and i have no idea why. There is tons of stuff on it that i need.

Any help would be really appreciated
