Mend Onn Sound Picture Months

sound but no picture?

i have a 19" Onn LCD bought from asda fairly cheaply about 6 months ago. it doesn't get much use but now all i get is sound but no picture. any ideas?

Exercise your warranty - take it back to the ASDA customer services desk with proof of purchase and ask them what they intend to do about it.

Don't let them fob you off with talk about the manufacturer - ASDA sold you the TV complete with Warranty - they own the responsibility for a solution - you have no contract in law and no business with the maker who probably just has a sales office in Luton, a warehouse in Winchester and a factory in China.
