Mend Optima XM6 Checked Causing Problem

Optima XM6?

Alarm goes off randomly. Have checked PIR's and these seem to be OK with no spiders etc causing the problem. Door pads seem OK also. All wiring is good. Do I need to buy a new control unit? If so where from and how much?
