AEG Lavatherm t59800 "leaking Air" and causing condensation, how do i fix?
I get a lot of condensation when running my condensing tumble dryer and have realised that the warm air is leaking from the upper part of the door while operating. I have checked the door gasket and it is still in really good order. When the machine is on, i can push the door in a little more and the leak will stop. When i let go, the leak begins again. Has anyone else had/solved this problem?
I have exactly the same problem as Matthew. I've checked the latch and it does not appear to be worn and have tightened the catch, but it still leaks from the top of the door. Matthew - did you manage to fix this problem? Thanks, Mark

sounds like the latch on the door is worn, replace it that should cure your prob, also check the catch on the shell,(the part the door latch goes into )
