Mend Gardtec 360/580 Reset Code Constantly

How can I re-set my display panel showing code EN on my GARDTEC 360/580?

My alarm panel constantly shows the code En and when I enter the code it doesnt display the correct codes it only goes back to the En code. How do I resolve this problem?
