Mend Tamper 6 Reset Keypad Led

Tamper (6) & (F) will not reset?

Please can anyone help? When we had that really bad storm the alarm was not even set but the alarm keypad just sounded off and LED shows (6). I have tried everything to reset by entering 4 digit code & pressing reset button then LED shows (F). Keypad is just constantly bleeping every 30 seconds and will not reset.

Sorry it's a Optima 2 Plus. I was thinking about replacing the battery but when I checked it with the multi meter it flashes between 11.6 & 11.8 so I not so sure that's what is causing the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
